ORDER INFORMATION
Did you receive the order I just placed?

After you place your order with Kimiya Designs, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email or your order is not visible in your account page, please contact us at customercare@kimiyadesigns.com.

I’m unable to place my order. What do I do?

If an error message keeps occurring in your check out process, more often than not there is a credit card problem, or a defect with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. To fix this error, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. If the error message keeps re-occurring, please email us at customercare@kimiyadesigns.com.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If, for any reason, you would like to change your order, please email us at customercare@kimiyadesigns.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the production process.

SHIPPING
How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. The email will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. You may check on its status at any time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free international shipping to most countries.

Who is responsible for custom duties, VAT and import taxes?

Every country has different laws and regulations regarding the collection of import taxes. Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or sales taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. You will be notified if your purchase has incurred any additional charges upon delivery.
